May 2017 saw a Team of MK Dons Legends return to raise money for MK Dons Sport and Education Trust (SET) as part of their 10th Anniversary celebrations.

Running out 6-1 winners, the match was played against the MK Dons Supporters Trust team (MKDSA FC) raising £2000 for the SET that will help deliver their growing disability football programme.

Returning Legends included Paul Mitchell, Luke Chadwick, Drissa Diallo, Nathan Koo-Boothe, Ben Chorley, Danny Swailes, Nathan Abbey and Izale McLeod.

Events Managed were delighted to organise this first event and will now work with the club to organise future matches to the benefit of the SET. We’d also like to thank our sponsors and supporters, Border Engineering, Independent Banking Consultants, PC Physiotherapy, Kaizen MK (McDonalds) and Regal Litho.

Why MK Dons SET? They work with 50,000 people in the local area across themes of sport, health, inclusion and education. Using the power of sport and the MK Dons brand to engage with those that their services can make a real impact on. To learn more about this great charity please visit
